Olajesu F. Olanrewaju

Olajesu F. Olanrewaju is a Ph.D. researcher in the Materials Science and Engineering department, specializing in studying damage evolution along grain boundary regions in polycrystalline Tantalum. His research is part of the collaborative NSF-DMREF project aimed at enhancing damage tolerance and accelerating the discovery and development of materials of interest to the US Air Force. His research contributes to the scientific community by validating models, conducting statistical analysis, reducing uncertainty, and utilizing computational simulations through high-throughput, multi-scale deformation and characterization techniques. Olajesu is originally from Nigeria and has previously participated in two GPSS conferences as a member of the conference planning committee.
